INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
The information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for individualized mental health, medical, legal, or emergency advice.
NO THERAPIST-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
Viewing this website, submitting a form, sending an email, or requesting an appointment does not create a therapist-client relationship. Services begin only after eligibility is confirmed and required intake, informed-consent, and practice procedures are completed.
SERVICES AND ELIGIBILITY
Therapeutic Thoughts provides virtual psychotherapy for adults located in Florida at the time of service. Services may not be appropriate for every person or situation. Availability, clinical fit, and legal or licensing requirements may affect whether services can be offered.
SCHEDULING, FEES, AND PAYMENT
Current services, session lengths, and fees are shown on the website or communicated before scheduling. Payment is due according to practice policies. HSA and FSA cards may be accepted. Superbills may be available for clients who wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged according to the informed-consent and practice policies provided before treatment. Limited exceptions may be considered at the practice’s discretion.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATES
Uninsured and self-pay clients may request a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges as provided by federal law. An estimate is not a guarantee of the exact number or cost of future services because treatment needs may change.
TELEHEALTH
Virtual therapy involves benefits and limitations, including possible technology interruptions and privacy risks. Clients are encouraged to participate from a private location and use a secure internet connection when possible. Emergency and location information may be requested for each session.
WEBSITE FORMS AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
Do not submit confidential clinical details, diagnoses, treatment information, urgent concerns, or emergency information through general website forms or ordinary email. Electronic communication cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Current clients should use the secure client portal for clinical communication whenever possible.
EMERGENCIES
This website, email, and online scheduling are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis in the United States, call or text 988.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website text, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Therapeutic Thoughts LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission, except as permitted by law.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The website may link to scheduling, payment, telehealth, social media, or other third-party services. Therapeutic Thoughts is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
