The Power of Embracing Wholeness: How to Achieve Inner Peace and Balance

Recently I was speaking with someone and asked her, "What would it take to make you whole?" The answer that I received did not surprise me. Her wholeness was contingent on how her husband responds to her needs. I must say, there is a certain vindication when our loved one loves us in the areas that we desire, but what if they do not?

We are able to receive joy and happiness without disconnect when we learn that we have everything within us to make us whole. Too often we are waiting for someone to meet our needs. I encourage you today to take full inventory of the things that make you happy. What makes you feel free? What brings your soul joy? Why are you holding yourself hostage to anyone?

You my dear, have full power and control to do the things that brings you joy. Book that trip, go for that walk, invite a friend to the new coffee shop, take the class, expand your vision, expand your territory.

We are able to sustain inner peace and balance when we learn the art of remaining poised. Evaluate the situation. Does it suit you? What boundaries are being violated? What boundaries do you need to establish?

Remember, you are whole. You only need to take your power back. You cannot change the past, but you have full authority to change your present and your future. Now that is a therapeutic thought.

Your healing is in your hand! I believe you will heal.
